We are looking for a work-study candidate capable of quickly grasping recruitment methods and challenges in a fast-growing international context.

Reporting to a recruitment manager, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for the positions assigned to you.

🎯 MISSIONS

Activity 1: Contribute to all stages of the recruitment process: from the launch brief to candidate onboarding. Contribute to the sourcing and recruitment process for internal profiles.

Activity 2: Act as a trusted advisor to international Hiring Managers, transforming their complex business needs into targeted and highly effective recruitment strategies.

Activity 3: Work on the development and implementation of an innovative sourcing strategy to build a candidate pipeline (Job boards, LinkedIn, WTTJ, network & co-optation).

Activity 4: Offer an impeccable, highly personalized, and supportive candidate journey, from the very first contact to a smooth integration (onboarding).

Activity 5: Develop and maintain a quality relationship with the various hiring managers to anticipate their needs and best assist them in building their teams.

Activity 6: Draft salary proposals and manage the administrative process/onboarding of the new employee.

Activity 7: Participate in the optimization of Recruitment processes. In our quest for recruitment excellence, you will integrate AI as a daily facilitator to boost your efficiency, giving you more time to focus on strategic partnership and candidate care.

👉 MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

You are currently pursuing higher education (Bac+4/5) at a university, business school, or HR school (ideally on a 3 weeks on / 1 week off or 4 days on / 1 day off schedule).

Fluent English level to work within a multicultural and international team. A B2 level is required with a certification.

You have a genuine interest in business.

You are curious, open-minded, and positive.

You love co-creating and working with multidisciplinary teams.

You are proactive and enjoy taking initiative.

You are passionate about recruitment and motivated. You are solution-oriented.

The little extra: Previous recruitment experience during an internship or work-study program.

The Talent Acquisition team acts as a strategic partner across all of Veepee's European operations. The objective of this role is to be a key recruitment driver and market expert, securing top talent, not only locally but across our 10 European countries. Based in Paris, you will play a major role in steering our international recruitment efforts, contributing to global employer branding initiatives and ensuring recruitment excellence at the European level.
