Alternance Charged of Development HR - Recruitment relations schools - Saint-Geours-de-Maremne (F/H)

Your missions: By our side, you will develop on various challenging and responsible missions: You will be the HR reference for internships & alternances for the entire Group, in charge of a hundred recruitments within this community. In relation with managers and HRs from site, you will recruit for all types of posts (business/support), which will allow you to develop your knowledge and expertise in your field. Through different actions, you will pilot the 2 axes: on one hand, you will ensure the integration of new recruits into the Group's teams, and on the other hand, you will contribute to the development of the Group's skills through training and coaching. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions. Your missions will also include coordinating with HRs from site to ensure a smooth integration of new recruits into the teams, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will work closely with the HR department to develop and implement recruitment strategies, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports on recruitment activities. You will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving the Group's recruitment processes and enhancing its reputation.
