Our Human Resources Department is looking for its future Human Resources Officer M/F on an apprenticeship basis within the team of HR referents. Our HR referents work year-round in the region, alongside our business owners to help them develop their HR practices (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, retention) and professionalize their team management. Alongside Anne-Lise - HR Referent for the Centre-Est region, you will assist her in her daily tasks related to HR consulting in a multi-site environment with a strong field and project dimension. You will contribute to the implementation and deployment of regional HR actions. Your main missions will be:HR Network AnimationOrganize and co-facilitate HR webinars for business owners (recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, etc.)Prepare and participate in the facilitation of collective meetings with leaders to pool HR practicesDiagnostics and SupportConduct HR diagnostics in stores (analysis of practices, needs, areas for improvement)Support members in mastering the HR tools made available by the groupRegional HR ProjectsContribute to the deployment of HR projects specific to the Centre-Est region: communication actions, HR events, etc.Participate in the design and implementation of HR tools and support materialsFacilitate the availability of essential data and tools for business owners in the context of store takeovers.Important: regular travel is to be expected throughout the Centre-Est region; therefore, you must hold a driving license.This list is not exhaustive and other missions may be entrusted to you depending on the department's needs and your appetite.
