Job description

Prise de contact avec les nouveaux clients. Préparation de la phase d'onboarding (= phase de lancement). Présentation de la solution aux clients et transmission des connaissances. Pilotage des différentes personnes qui interviennent sur le lancement (équipe tech, équipe marketing, équipe administrative…). Intervenir sur l'élaboration de la stratégie marketing des clients. Contact fréquent avec les clients L'ISCOD, spécialiste de la formation en Digital Learning, pour une entreprise dans un logiciel…
