Reporting to the Billing Manager, you will be responsible for handling billing and debt collection:

• Create mission reports for employees and daily integration of client orders into the EBP software;

• Ensure reporting of missions on the Excel spreadsheet necessary for service monitoring;

• Generate daily and monthly invoices and send them to the client by email;

• Establish end-of-month provisions, accounting transfer to SAGE;

• Proceed with follow-ups and debt collection.

Profile sought:

Education and/or experience

• Hold a Bac+2 in accounting and ideally have two years of experience in a similar work-study position;

• Meticulous, independent, and possessing a strong sense of professionalism;

• You have a great capacity for adaptation and enjoy taking on new challenges;

• You demonstrate initiative and propose improvements when necessary;

• Knowledge of SAGE 1000 and EBP software would be a plus.

Salary: Fixed remuneration based on level of study + age.
