Job description

Twenty years ago, the first "Les Composantes" selections saw the light of day. A story born from a thirst for independence and a passion for vintage. An instinctive way of circulating clothes, guided by a particular attention to what lasts.

As an extension of this, Sézane was born in 2013: the first French fashion brand created online. Then came to enrich this universe: Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children.

Everything was built as we move through life: by impulses, by spontaneous gestures with this way of learning by doing. A different relationship with detail, with service, and with connection. A different way of dressing reality, first online, then through our "Appartements" (Stores).

We are currently looking for creative, structured, and agile talents who share the desire to constantly improve everything that can be improved. Passionate, autonomous talents who conceive of work with respect for others and for whom nothing is out of reach, as long as one makes the effort.

We are looking for the talents of a Quality Assistant Ready-to-Wear Finished Goods (M/F) to join our Quality team for a one-year internship as soon as possible. This position is based in Paris (75).

Reporting to the Ready-to-Wear Quality Manager and the Quality Officers, your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the monitoring and reception of shipment samples

• Management of non-conformities in collaboration with the quality officers

Management of inspection bookings:

• Prepare the necessary documents for inspections (quality protocols, checklists, reports).

• Alert the quality officer in case of changes or non-compliance with the inspection schedule

Quality anticipation during the development phase:

• Analyze and record laboratory test reports

• Integrate product durability concepts into model development

Assistance in cross-functional projects with quality officers:

• Participate in the continuous improvement of quality processes.

• Collaborate with quality officers to develop monitoring and control tools.

• Ensure documentary management (archiving reports, updating quality databases).

• Manage requests for tests at the external laboratory

• Validation of composition and care labels

Ancillary tasks:

• Monitoring of sealed items

• Updating IT monitoring tools

• Feedback on OK Production items
