We are looking for the talents of an Operations Project Management Assistant (H/F) to join our team for a one-year apprenticeship starting January 2027.

This position is based in Paris (75).

Within the Operations Projects Department, you will support growth and improve the performance (costs, quality, deadlines, customer experience, CSR) of global logistics operations. As part of your apprenticeship, you will be involved in various topics such as the expansion of RFID scope in our logistics activities or logistics process automation/robotization projects.

Your main missions will be:

• Support the Project Manager in steering cross-functional projects, from scoping to go-live and post-go-live stabilization
• Prepare project meetings and provide regular reporting on projects in terms of cost, deadlines, and quality.
• Define performance indicators and consolidate the gains generated by projects
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the implementation of logistics projects
• As part of tender processes, participate in the drafting of functional specifications
• Based on these specifications, analyze and compare the offers received
• Conduct competitive and technical intelligence to understand the state of the business sector and competition;

• Present these analyses and propose improvements to existing processes based on the priorities of our logistics activity and the project roadmap.

Requirements

• Student in an engineering or business school with a specialization in logistics, or equivalent university program, you are looking for a final year apprenticeship.
• You are dynamic, motivated, autonomous, and rigorous;
• You are proactive and rely on excellent analytical and communication skills;
• You wish to work in an international environment and therefore have fluent English.
