The ISCOD, specialist in Digital Learning training, is seeking for its partner company, specializing in high-quality frozen foods, a polyvalent Assistant manager who will be responsible for: • Assisting the store manager in managing the store's daily operations; • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction; • Managing inventory and ordering merchandise; • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment; • Participating in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge; • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets; • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote products; • Analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement; • Managing cash register and handling customer payments; • Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate will have: • A high school diploma or equivalent; • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods.
