Job description
Relation client & prospection Répondre aux demandes des clients professionnels (carrossiers, industriels…) par téléphone, e-mail ou en face-à-face. Identifier de nouveaux prospects ou clients à contacter pour développer le portefeuille. Participer à la qualification des besoins clients et transmettre des devis ou informations produits. Support ADV (Administration des Ventes) Saisie et suivi des commandes clients (de la réception à la facturation). Mise à jour et organisation des données clients/pros…
