This is what you bring: a completed training as a geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), health & care nurse (m/f/d) and nurse (m/f/d)
good German language skills (at least B2 level)
Professional experience in nursing is an advantage, but not a must
Empathy, sense of responsibility and team spirit
independent and structured way of working
Willingness to work shifts
good communication skills and respectful interaction with patients and colleagues
Commitment to high-quality care and patient satisfaction
These are your tasks: Care and support of patients in various facilities (hospitals, nursing homes, outpatient services)
Implementation of medical and nursing measures according to medical orders
Ensuring the quality of care and documentation of the nursing processes
Support with mobilization and coping with everyday life of patients
Cooperation in the interdisciplinary team for the best possible patient care
