Kindly go through the JD for your quick review. Summary Description We are building a scalable system to generate audio descriptions (AD) for educational video content. This role is responsible for ensuring that generated descriptions are accurate, useful, and consistent, acting as a critical part of the human-in-the-loop reviewing process. Key Responsibilities: • Review and edit generated audio descriptions to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine AD templates and guidelines. • Conduct quality control checks on ADs to ensure they meet our high standards. • Work closely with content creators to understand their requirements and provide feedback on ADs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in audio description, accessibility, and inclusive design. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in copy editing, proofreading, or writing for various formats (print, digital, video). • Strong understanding of audio description principles, guidelines, and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
