ALS Paramedic

Main Tasks and Responsibilities The following duties are normal for this position. Essential Functions · Performs a head-to-toe assessment on all patients and reassessments as per policy, including neonatal, paediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients and the general patient population. · Verifies that the assigned area is safe and free from hazards before starting any treatment or procedure. · Provides emergency medical care to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines. · Utilizes ALS equipment and supplies as needed. · Maintains accurate and detailed records of all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. · Participates in quality improvement activities to improve patient care and outcomes. · Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. · Stays current with advancements in emergency medical services and related technologies.
