Job description

Become one of the authors of our story. Join our team as a Warehouseman at Susurros del Corazón in Punta de Mita, Mexico, reporting to the Purchasing Manager. Your main responsibility will be to maintain stock levels of dry goods and refrigeration and freezing chambers (purchasing area), as well as liquors to ensure that the operation does not run out of raw materials to create experiences for our guests.

This is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done!

Follow up on emails that require your attention.
Review system requisitions and prepare them when they come in.
Output fulfilled requisitions in the system.
Makes purchases according to delivery schedules and based on stock levels.
Print purchase orders, place them on the daily schedule table, and be aware that all merchandise arrives.
Sends a slow-moving report twice a month to operations for rotation purposes.
Prepare a spoilage report in case of expired or accidentally damaged products.
