Warehouseman

Description of the job The Warehouseman will receive products and materials that arrive at the warehouse, inspect them, and register them in the system. Additionally, prepare and dispatch merchandise for delivery to customers or for delivery to other departments within the company. • Enter import and national material according to purchase order and supplier invoice, giving location according to material type following current procedures and instructions. • Classify materials by category and assign a storage location based on their characteristics. • Verify the condition of the products and report any damage or defects. • Perform inventory control and maintenance tasks as required. • Participate in the implementation of quality control measures and ensure compliance with established standards. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to product availability, delivery times, and storage capacity. • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities performed.
