• Support in building B2B partnerships (e.g. companies, agencies, HR, brands, events)

• Assistance with offer development, pitches & sales strategies

• Active approach and acquisition of potential business partners and customers, e.g. through active sourcing, cold calls, emails

Marketing, PR & Social Media

• Conceptualize and implement social media strategy

• Support in PR, partnerships & storytelling

• Development and implementation of creative ideas to make our concept known

Business & Strategie

• Support in topics like growth, new locations & processes

• Market observation & competitive analysis

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• Study or completed study in the field of business administration, marketing, media, communication, etc., or be fresh out of the job

• Basic understanding of economic relationships

• Interest in startup mentality: think ahead, try things out, take responsibility

• Openness, self-initiative & no fear of new tasks

• Interest in brands, aesthetics, social media & people

• Hands-on mentality

• German very good, English very nice to have.
