As Allrounder Praktikant:in You will be part of our dynamic team and help bring forward our startup community with over 1,500 supported startups and 4,000 digital connections.

Aufgaben

You'll get insights into all areas and are from the first day part of our team – here it's: dive in, think along, shape things!

• Community Management – Member care and event management
• Business Development – Participation in exciting projects and processes, bringing in your own ideas
• Marketing & Event Planning – Contribution to the marketing of our programs, planning events, and creating presentations
• Operations & Daily Business – Support in daily operations and administrative tasks
• Innovation Work – Development of new ideas, observing trends, and contributing to the implementation of creative formats
• Sales and Partnership: You identify potential partners, maintain existing relationships data-based, and optimize sales processes based on market analysis to strategically expand our network.

Qualifikation

• Student Status You are enrolled, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field. An orientation internship is also possible.
• New Curiosity and Motivation You want to take responsibility, bring in your own ideas, and actively participate in projects.
• Creativity and Team Spirit You work well with others, think innovatively, and pack tasks reliably and responsibly.
• Interest in Innovation Startups and new business models fascinate you, and you want to experience the dynamics of the startup scene firsthand.
• German Language Skills Secure in writing and speaking.
• Structure and Attention to Detail You keep an overview, organize yourself well, and have a keen eye for details.
• Availability At least three months to support our team actively.
