As an Allrounder Intern, you will be part of our dynamic team and help advance our startup community with over 1,500 supported startups and 4,000 digital connections.

Tasks

What you'll do here
You'll get insights into all areas and are part of our team from day one – here it's: dive in, think along, shape things!

• Community Management – Member support and event management
• Business Development – Participation in exciting projects and processes, bringing in your own ideas
• Marketing & Event Planning – Contribution to the marketing of our programs, planning events, and creating presentations
• Operations & Daily Business – Support with daily business and administrative tasks
• Innovation Work – Development of new ideas, observing trends, and contributing to the implementation of creative formats

Qualification

What you bring

• Ongoing studies in Marketing, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field – also possible within the framework of an Orientierungspraktikum.
• Curiosity, flexibility, and motivation, actively contributing and taking responsibility.
• Creativity, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Interest in startups and innovative business models.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• A structured and organized work style with a focus on detail.
• Availability for at least three months.
