Do you enjoy working independently and as part of a team on diverse projects within residential construction? Then we are looking for you! For various renovation and maintenance work within homes of housing associations, we are looking for a versatile and customer-oriented Allround Handyman Renovation & Maintenance.What will you do?As an allround handyman, you will be responsible for carrying out various renovation and maintenance activities in rental homes. No two days are the same. Your tasks include, among others:Installing and assembling kitchensRenovation and installation of bathroomsMinor pipework and sanitary maintenanceTiling and caulking workCarpentry and finishingMinor electrical and plumbing workRepair and turnaround maintenanceMaintaining contact with residents and clientsYou will primarily work in occupied homes, making customer friendliness and neat work very important.

What we offer
As a carpenter, you will be paid in accordance with the collective labor agreement for the construction industry and we will provide you, as a carpenter, with certainty in the contract terms. Faber is the employer in construction where we fully compensate our carpenters according to the Construction CBA. Every day, more than 800 carpenters from Faber work on the most beautiful projects throughout the Netherlands.

What we offer:
