Allround Service Mechanic - Daily Maintenance

Are you an independent Allround Service Mechanic with an eye for detail? Do you enjoy working in a neat, professional environment where no two days are the same? Then we are looking for you!

In this role, you will work within the Daily Maintenance department and be the point of contact for all construction-related work. You will go out independently to perform maintenance and repair work on homes and buildings. Think of: carpentry, minor tiling or painting, locks and fittings, and resolving leaks or other structural problems.

Your main tasks are:

• Performing daily maintenance and repairs at various locations;
• Resolving malfunctions and carrying out emergency repairs;
• Repairing walls, ceilings, and roofs;
• Reviewing work orders and resolving the described tasks as effectively as possible;
• Delivering good quality to maintain high customer satisfaction;
• Working in occupied situations, where you enjoy interacting with residents.

Requirements:

• You have demonstrable knowledge and experience as an Allround Service Mechanic;
• You work accurately and precisely, applying technical insight and always following applicable safety standards;
• You act in a neat and service-oriented manner;
• You are flexible (there are often ad hoc assignments or unexpected challenges you will face);
• You have an eye for detail;
• You can work independently, but also function well in a team;
• You possess a B driving license and VCA Basis or VCA VOL certification;
• You respect the environment. You understand that your workspace is someone's home or office, and you act accordingly;
• You are available for a minimum of 32 hours.
