For Gemeente Aa en Hunze, we are looking for an Allround Project- and Communication Officer Warmtetransitie. Imagine making it possible for residents in a neighborhood to discuss insulation and sustainability with each other. You will take care of project planning, organize information evenings, send out invitations, and monitor the results. As an all-round project- and communication officer, you are the link in the implementation of the warmtetransitie in Aa en Hunze.
You play a central role in the municipal heat program, where you will be particularly active within the Nij Begun insulation approach. You ensure that projects are well organized, executed, and visible to residents.

What will you do?

You think along with programming, organize, and execute Nij Begun activities, such as neighborhood actions and information evenings.
You consult with municipalities and partners, including insulation supporters and social domain partners.
You perform administrative tasks, such as monitoring project results and goals.
You create and post communication expressions via social media, website, letters, and local newspapers.
You give presentations during information meetings.

You reach out to residents in a creative and understandable way.
You are practically inclined: an implementer who likes to turn plans into action.
You take the initiative, but also know when to involve others.
You have affinity with sustainability, energy transition, or social challenges.

What can you expect?

You will be part of the Sustainability cluster, an enthusiastic team that works together with, among others, the Energy Transition Policy Officer and the Communication- and Participation Advisor for Sustainability.
You will have a lot of flexibility: sometimes you'll work in the evenings or on Saturdays, and you can take those hours back at other times.
