Allround Production Employee

In this role, you will daily contribute to the production and assembly of high-quality storage systems. You will perform various technical tasks, operate and support machines, and ensure that products are manufactured according to the correct quality requirements. Due to the variety, you will get to know different parts of the production process. Are you technically inclined, do you enjoy working with your hands, and do you want to keep developing yourself? As an Allround Production Employee, you will do the following:

• Assembly of frames, trolleys, chain guards, and drive units;
• Support with work on the profiling line and welding robot;
• Loading and unloading of parts and checking them during the production process;
• Performing tasks related to the powder coating of parts;
• Packing, scanning, and reporting produced products as ready;
• Contributing ideas for improvements to make the production process smarter and more efficient.

To be considered for this role as an Allround Production Employee, you possess the following:

• MBO (vocational secondary education) work and thinking level, preferably level 2 or 3;
• Technical interest and two right hands (good manual dexterity);
• Ability to work accurately and with an eye for quality;
• Motivated to learn various technical tasks;
• Flexibly deployable within different parts of the production process;
• A practical mindset and enjoy collaborating with colleagues;
• Willingness to develop yourself further and master new tasks.
