What you do
What do you do? As an operator, you play an important role within a modern production process. You are responsible for dismantling, cleaning, and preparing molds that are supplied from the oven. You will use a safe and efficient lifting system. Your tasks include: Dismantling molds supplied from the oven; Carefully separating the mold and the casting; Cleaning molds according to fixed work instructions; Applying release agent for the next production run; Checking quality and identifying deviations; You start in a 3-shift system. In the short term, production will switch to a 5-shift system. This means more regularity, longer periods off, and working within an attractive shift system.

What we offer
What do we offer you? A gross hourly wage between €17.65 and €21.36, depending on knowledge and experience; An ADV allowance of 5% on top of your salary; A shift allowance of 20% or 29% that matches the applicable shift system; A switch to a 5-shift system in the short term; 27 vacation days and 8% vacation pay; A travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer; Training and career advancement opportunities; Working with modern technologies in a neat and safe production environment.

For this position, we consider your attitude and technical interest more important than a specific diploma. You are accurate, take responsibility, and want to develop yourself further within metalworking. In addition, you recognize yourself in the following: You have technical insight; You have an interest in machines, metalworking, or production; You can work independently and accurately; You are eager to learn and open to feedback; You enjoy working together with colleagues; You are willing to work in a 2-shift system; You master the Dutch or English language; Experience as a machine operator or production employee is a plus.
