About the job
As allround painter regio Emmen, you will be responsible for completing the work together with your colleague or apprentice painter. You will supervise 1-3 employees and consult with the executioner/project leader.
You will work as a painter yourself and take care of the inside and outside work. You will perform small wood rot repairs.
Consulting with residents and delivering neat work is part of your job.

About the company
The painting and maintenance company is active in maintenance at housing associations. There are 50 painters, glaziers, and carpenters working daily on the maintenance of the property. The company is active in general maintenance regarding painting works and glass, but also bathroom and kitchen renovation are being performed (through chain partners).
What we ask
Several years of experience as a maintenance painter.
Knowledge and experience in guiding apprentices.
In possession of VCA or willing to obtain.
