The role
This is what you will do

The service team is looking for reinforcement! As an Allround Fitter, you will work on advanced plastic machines at customer locations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Your tasks in practice:

• 40% Project realization – Installing, testing, and commissioning complete machine lines, including user training
• 50% Service provision – Resolving malfunctions on-site with speed, craftsmanship, and customer-oriented communication
• 10% Preventive maintenance – Periodic checks according to schedule to prevent downtime and ensure reliability

This role primarily revolves around electrical engineering, but you will also encounter mechanics, pneumatics, and control technology.

• 2 extra overtime hours per overnight stay

• End-of-year bonus – with a permanent contract, you receive an extra month's salary as a bonus (without a fixed pension scheme – so free to spend)

What we expect from you
Do you recognize yourself?

Experience is essential for this role due to the small team. Therefore, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• Experience in machine building or process technology, preferably in a field service role
• A completed MBO (vocational education) degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
• A commercial outlook: you think along with the customer, see opportunities, and represent the company professionally
