Allround Furniture Advisor| Sales Assistant

As Allround Furniture Advisor, you are responsible for advising customers. You are the first point of contact for our customers and guide them throughout the entire process, from the moment they enter the store to the delivery of their chosen furniture. You listen to the wishes and needs of the customer and give expert advice on which furniture best fits their taste, budget, and interior. Responsibilities: - Actively listening to customer needs and translating these into a personalized shopping experience for our customers. - Providing expert advice on furniture selection based on customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget. - Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and service skills. - Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new trends and developments in the furniture industry. - Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. - Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting atmosphere for customers. - Assisting with inventory management, stock control, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. - Participating in training and development programs to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service. - Performing other duties as required by the store manager or supervisor.
