Allround Mechanic – Food Production Environment

What will you do?

As an allround mechanic, you ensure that the machine park – from kneading and dosing machines to packaging lines, pumps, and steam systems – is always in top condition. You perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support operators with technical challenges. No day is the same: one day you'll work on a packaging line, another day on a cooking process or a new developed machine. Thanks to your knowledge and dedication, you directly contribute to achieving business goals.

• A salary between €3,000 and €4,700 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience

What do we expect from you?

• A minimum technical education or function in the direction of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry, is a plus
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, frequency regulators, and maintenance software is a plus
• You work independently, accurately, and feel responsible
• You have a flexible mindset and understand that production must always continue
• You are used to working according to high hygiene and quality standards

Where will you work?

You'll be working at a family business with more than 30 years of experience in the food industry. In the modern factory in Hoorn, a diverse and innovative machine park is running, and there's a pleasant and collegiate atmosphere. Within the technical department, you'll work together with a small but tight-knit team where your expertise and ideas really make a difference.
