Allround Maintenance Technician

You will work as an allround maintenance technician at Go-Tan in Kesteren. You will mainly be busy with maintenance and troubleshooting on a mechanical level. Some knowledge of electro and/or control technology is nice to have. As an allround maintenance technician, you will work full-time in daytime hours and the salary ranges from € 3200 to € 4500 gross per month.

• A salary between € 3200 and € 4500 gross per month;
• A supplement of €250,- per month for consignment services;
• Direct contract with Go-Tan;
• Compensation for each phone call during emergency service with 1 hour, up to 200% on weekends;

As an allround maintenance technician, your tasks will mainly consist of performing first-line maintenance on machines and solving problems. You will assist the technical service team leader in planning/executing preventive maintenance on production machines, equipment, and facilities. Hereby, you will support in selecting/purchasing materials and services and manage the inventory in the warehouses. In the absence of the team leader, you will be the point of contact for internal/external parties and take on more responsibilities. You will also have regular contact with contractors and external parties. You will mainly perform mechanical tasks, but some knowledge of electro technology and control technology is nice to have.

You will work as an allround maintenance technician in daytime hours and after a training period, you will have consignment duty every 5 weeks.

Go-Tan is an organized family business with a very dynamic character. The management has ambitious goals, where good leadership is one of them. The team of technicians currently consists of 4 people. The organization has been fully occupied in recent years with automating production processes. You will work with many new machines in a beautiful machine park. On this department, you will work closely together with other departments within the factory.

• A completed technical education such as mechanical engineering, MTS or electrical engineering;
• Some relevant work experience in a similar function;
• Mastery of the Dutch language and some knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of mechanics is a must, knowledge of electro and/or automation is a pre.
• You have a proactive attitude, are a team player, and critical of your own work.
