Job description
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Allied Health professionals and manage a reduced adult disability caseload
- Salaries between $100,000 - $130,000 + Super + Salary Sacrificing

As the Allied Health Team Leader your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Allied Health team and ensure they are delivering goal-centred care
- Work with the Allied Health General Manager to generate new referrals
- Performance appraisals of staff
- Undertake professional development initiatives
- Assist with local recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Manage a reduced adult disability caseload
- Work from their office located in Penrith to attend team meetings, see clients and collaborate with team members
- Caseload can be tailored to your experience and preferred interest area
- Service clients in a limited radius near your location
- Salary packages ranging from $100K - $135K + superannuation (based on your experience)
- Salary packaging options of up to $15,900
- Annual PD allowance of $1800
