General Practitioner (m/f/d) for the Interdisciplinary Admission Area
Our client in the thermal region is responsible for ensuring regional, high-level healthcare. As a teaching hospital, the location plays a significant role in the educational, scientific, and research future of the state of Lower Austria. For the regional healthcare of its patients, we are looking for a General Practitioner.
- Support for scientific activities (research papers, etc.) if desired
- Health promotion offers, offers from corporate health management
- Support with apartment search – if needed
- Care of outpatients with acute conditions
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all specialist departments of the facility
- Mentoring of resident doctors and students
- General Practitioner will be supported by all specialties
- A degree certificate in human medicine acquired or recognized at a university in the Republic of Austria
- Recognition as a General Practitioner
- High commitment to medically high-quality and empathetic patient care as well as collaboration in interdisciplinary teams
- Professional demeanor, reliability, team spirit
- Very good German language skills – other languages are desirable
- Flat hierarchies and a collegial working atmosphere with short communication channels
- Flexible working time models, easily combinable with own practice or substitute activity
- Modern and competent management of the team on an equal footing
- Very good public transport connections
- Parking space on the hospital campus at the most favorable conditions
- Renting/opening one's own practice in the building is generally possible
- Personal and professional development is supported
A contractual employment relationship according to the provisions of the NÖ Spitalsärztegesetz 1992 (NÖ SÄG 1992) and an attractive remuneration package with a monthly gross salary between € 7,678.80 and € 11,092.30 (14 times based on full-time) plus an on-call premium (€ 1,000, 12 times), provided that a full-time employment relationship exists, is offered.
