Accountant:in Administrative Finance Manager Berlin

Objects Manufacturing (part of Yoyaku) is a location-based company in Berlin, specializing in the production of vinyl records and related services for labels and artists.

In the context of our growth, we are looking for an accountant:in / administrative contact person who will independently manage and develop financial and administrative processes.

📍 Berlin — CDI/CDD — Available as soon as possible (end 2025/beginning 2026)

Tasks

Independent management of accounting (creditors/debtors, bank, OP-lists)

Preparation of monthly and annual statements in collaboration with the tax consultant

VAT returns and other statutory notifications

Invoicing, payment processing, and cash flow monitoring

Support for budget planning and reporting (dashboards, forecasts)

Administrative tasks: contracts, insurance, documentation, compliance

Collaboration on the development and automation of workflows in Odoo

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting up to the completion of studies (KMU or tax consultancy)

Very good knowledge of accounting, cash flows, and balance sheets

Safe handling of Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage)

Structured, reliable, and independent working style

Interest in culture, music, or the creative industry

Qualification

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting up to the completion of studies (KMU or tax consultancy)

Very good knowledge of accounting, cash flows, and balance sheets

Safe handling of Excel / Google Sheets

Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage)

Structured, reliable, and independent working style

Interest in culture, music, or the creative industry

Fluent German, professional English (French a plus)
