Description: 1. Procurement Strategy Development: Develop and execute procurement strategies for customs clearance and last-mile logistics services in Mexico, ensuring high service quality and operational efficiency. Provide adaptable and feasible strategies in response to stakeholder requests, leveraging strong problem-solving skills. 2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and logistics providers, optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing cooperation. Identify and manage risks effectively. 3. Performance Management and Cost Control: Monitor the performance of logistics partners, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts and manage costs to optimize logistics expenditure. 4. Operational Support: Support the daily operations of customs clearance and last-mile delivery, addressing and resolving operational issues. 5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market dynamics, regulatory changes, and industry trends to provide data-driven recommendations for logistics optimization and strategic decision-making. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field. 2. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade, with a focus on customs clearance and last-mile delivery in Mexico. 3. Skills: a. Strong understanding of Mexican customs regulations, import/export processes, and logistics operations. b. Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing logistics costs. c. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. d. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. e. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 4. Language: Fluency in Spanish and English is required. 5. Other: a. Experience with e-commerce logistics is preferred. b. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. c. Ability to travel as needed.
