First Class Bricklayer

Job description

First class bricklayer wanted to work in La Fresneda, Siero (Asturias). Tasks include interpreting plans and surveying construction sites, coordinating and supervising the team, and performing repairs on concrete structures, partition walls, plastering, tiling, and roof repairs. A B1 driving license and own vehicle are required to reach the workplace. It is also necessary to have an accredited occupational risk prevention course in bricklaying of at least 20 hours, and two years of demonstrable experience in similar positions. Communication skills and teamwork are valued. The offer is a permanent full-time contract, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00. The salary is 2300 euros gross per month, negotiable, and the rest of the conditions follow the Collective Agreement for Construction and Public Works of the Principality of Asturias.
