Your responsibilities

• Active acquisition and sale of service and spare parts
• Analysis of service customer databases
• Customer visits - maintaining business relationships
• Internal communication with other departments (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Post-Accident Department)
• Preparing offers based on current Manufacturer/Service promotions
• Monitoring turnover of acquired customers
• Activity reporting
• Working with CRM
