With Zell Biogemüse GmbH, we supply the retail trade, bio delivery services, catering, processors, and other bio wholesalers. We offer in addition to our own products bio produce and fruit from colleagues – always giving preference to local and regional goods.

We are looking for a

Geschäftsführer (m/w/d)

You maintain existing customer and supplier relationships and drive the growth of the bio-regional trade actively forward.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

· Overall responsibility for the economic development of regional trade with a direct reporting line to the shareholders

· Building efficient logistics and sales routes for the regional market

· Process optimization and building processes in our new business premises

· Leading an experienced team – empathetic and decision-making strong

· Networking with local producers, bio associations, and major customers

· Steering key figures, budget planning, and economic development

· Representation outside – also as the face of the value chain against producers and partners

Qualifikation

Your profile

· Completed studies (BWL, agricultural management, etc.) or comparable qualification

· Funded business knowledge: accounting, controlling, GUV, liquidity control

· Several years of leadership experience, ideally in the bio or food industry or agriculture

· Experience in building and developing structures, processes, and business relationships

· Understanding of sales, trade, and cooperation with producers

· Deep understanding of organic food and ecological farming

· Entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to take responsibility and drive things forward

· Network competence in the bio and agricultural sector (Bioland, etc.)

· Social skills and empathy towards employees, producers, and partners
