Waiter Assistant - Must Restaurant

As a member of the team at Must Restaurant, the waiter assistant will be responsible for providing sophisticated service and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with the property's, brand's, and certifiers' standards.

Brief descriptive activities:

• Ensure the highest standard of excellence in Food & Beverage services;
• Behave in a friendly, professional, helpful, and courteous manner when dealing with guests, clients, and colleagues at work;
• Meet all service standards of the company, brand, and certifiers during the exercise of their labor activities;
• Use suitable techniques for food manipulation and services in general;
• Maintain knowledge about all specialties and general descriptions of menu items;
• Attend to all customer requests at the kitchen/bar, paying attention to and respecting their particularities and details;
• Totalize customers' bills, present them on time, and obtain full payment, according to financial procedures established by the restaurant;
• Prioritize organization, maintenance, and cleaning of your workspace and materials;
• Practice all safety, sanitary, and loss prevention procedures determined by the employer and certifiers;
• Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings when requested;
• Other assignments related to activity as required.
