Etjca S.p.a. is selecting for a bakery and café in Arluno: Assistant Baker / E The resource will be inserted into the pastry laboratory and will support the staff, preparing sweets, cakes, pastries, biscuits, and other oven-baked products that will be distributed to the point of sale. Specifically, they will be responsible for: - Weighing ingredients for mixing and making semi-finished products (doughs, creams, and fillings) - Managing the preparation, cooking, and cooling of bases - Decorating products - Maintaining a clean and organized work area - Collaborating with the team to ensure quality and timeliness of productions. Requirements: - Autonomy in decorating cakes and preparing creams and other sweet products - Previous experience in the role - In-depth knowledge of ingredients, techniques, and basic equipment for baking - Availability to work on weekends. Completing the profile is a strong passion for the pastry industry, creativity, excellent manual skills, keen attention to detail, and predisposition to teamwork.
