Kitchen Assistant

Typically the activity takes place in the kitchen and dining area and includes: - Preparing trays and distributing meals (verifying quantities, types, and temperatures conforming to bookings and legislative provisions); - Preparing raw materials for service (cleaning and cutting vegetables and fruit, filleting fish or semi-finished products); - Sanitizing work equipment; - Monitoring and correctly storing raw materials in accordance with HACCP standards and respecting qualitative and quantitative standards; - Cleaning workspaces and kitchen equipment so that the customer can live an unique experience.
