ATTAL GROUP Labor Agency is searching for an important catering structure n. 1 AIUTO CUOCO/A SEASONAL HELP on the territory of Maratea (Pz). The resource will need to possess: - Experience in managing preparations; - Knowledge in formulating orders to suppliers and shifts of kitchen staff; - Efficient collaboration with the chef/ess; - Organizational skills for storing products. Requirements: - Previous experience in the role; - Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and raw materials; - Autonomy, precision, and strong orientation towards quality; - Knowledge of sanitary regulations (HACCP); - Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
