Kitchen Assistant

Orienta ORIENTA S.p.A., Benefit Company, Rovereto branch, is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to be inserted immediately at an important hotel in Trento (TN). Duties: - Prepare the necessary ingredients for dishes; - Wash and chop vegetables and fruit; - Cook meals according to the chef's instructions; - Clean and keep utensils and tableware in order; - Manage dispensers and refrigerated cells. Requirements: - Knowledge of cooking techniques; - Ability to debone meat, clean and cut vegetables, prepare various types of ingredients; - Knowledge of sanitary regulations related to food preparation and conservation; - Experience in the role; - Immediate availability. Place of work: TRENTO Work schedule: FULL TIME from 9 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm (one day off and two half-days) Sector: Food Service/Catering Role: Food Service/Hotel Gestures other people: No Type of occupation: Indefinite contract
