In close collaboration with Nurses and under their responsibility, you will perform prevention, maintenance, health education, and relational care. Your role is essential to preserve continuity of life, well-being, and autonomy of the person.

Daily Care and Well-being: Dispense hygiene care (toilet, bath, pressure sore prevention) and ensure comfort and safety of the resident.

Autonomy Support: Accompany residents in their movements while promoting fall prevention and stimulating mobility.

Nutrition and Hydration: Participate in meal distribution, assist with eating, ensure respect for diets, and fight against malnutrition and dehydration.

Technical Acts (according to diploma): Perform authorized acts by the new skills (Decree of June 10, 2021) such as capillary glucose measurement (capture).

Communication and Social Life: Welcome, inform, listen to residents and their entourage. Actively participate in social life and animation activities to strengthen social ties

Work Environment
You join a multidisciplinary team and are an essential link in the functional links of the residence, interacting with:
The Nurse Coordinator (IDEC) and the Director.

The nursing team (Nurses, Doctors, Psychologist).

Residents, their families, and visitors.

Hotel staff, restaurant staff, maintenance staff, and quality staff.

You exercise your mission in respect of Emeis procedures, confidentiality, and the dignity of the resident. Your Profile

Diploma: Hold a State Diploma in Care Assistant (DEAS) or its equivalent.

Skills: Rigor in act tracking (care software, transmissions), ability to work in a team, and commitment to quality approach.

Qualities: Empathy, observation skills, respect for medical confidentiality, and strong commitment to autonomy and well-being of the people being accompanied
