You will also be required to handle ticketing and baggage operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive travel experience. • Answer passenger queries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and efficient manner. • Handle ticketing and baggage operations efficiently, ensuring accurate and prompt processing of tickets and baggage. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to airport and airline standards. • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives. • Demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent customer service, ensuring passenger satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) occasionally.
