As a CSA, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and efficient. • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner. • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with colleagues and supervisors as needed. • Maintain accurate records and reports of passenger interactions and issues. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, tourism, or related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
