Job Overview: We are currently seeking organized and customer service-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff at Pune Airport. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of airport activities, including but not limited to: • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders. • Assisting with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes. • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of airport facilities. • Coordinating with airline staff and other ground handlers to ensure efficient operations. • Handling passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) occasionally.
