Job Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff (Customer Service Agent), you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of passengers and their baggage at the airport. You will be required to perform the following tasks: • Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding. • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries, resolving issues, and addressing passenger concerns. • Ensure that all passengers and their baggage are handled efficiently and safely throughout the airport process. • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to company standards and regulations. • Collaborate with other airport staff members to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) occasionally. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
