Job Overview: We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of airport activities. Responsibilities: * Assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes. * Provide excellent customer service and address passenger inquiries and concerns. * Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings. * Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure efficient operations. * Handle and resolve passenger complaints and issues effectively. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Knowledge of airport operations is a plus. * Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
