Job Description: As an Airline Ticketing Process/ Ground Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations at the airport. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting passengers with their travel needs, and managing various ground handling tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Assist passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling, and boarding processes. * Issue boarding passes and baggage tags accurately. * Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and other relevant details. * Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and efficiently. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and security protocols. * Manage passenger flow and maintain order in the boarding area. * Coordinate with other airport staff and departments to ensure seamless operations. * Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Strong customer service orientation. * Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. * Proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken). * Knowledge of computer systems and basic office applications. * Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
