Business Analyst (Airline Domain – MRO & Airport Operations) We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Airline industry, specifically in Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and Airport Operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze operational processes, gather requirements, and support the delivery of technology solutions that improve airline operations. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations, and maintenance procedures. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working in an airline or aviation-related environment, preferably with knowledge of airline operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and flight planning. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational processes, gathering requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve airline operations. This includes identifying areas for process improvement, developing business cases for new technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement changes.
