Job Description Job Description Industry/Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/Warehousing Position Title: Airfreight Operations Executive Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage daily air freight import and export operations. Liaise with airlines, agents, transport providers, and customs authorities. Prepare shipping documents including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and other relevant documentation. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods. Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, agents, and customs authorities. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Key Requirements Strong understanding of air freight operations and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. Certifications: None specified.
