We are looking for a motivated Airfreight Export Clerk (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at our Wien location.

• Preparation of all necessary freight and customs documents
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations for hazardous goods (DG)
• Efficient communication with airlines, subcontractors, and customers
• Selection of the optimal transportation solutions considering connection possibilities and costs
• Self-contained preparation and careful review of invoices
• Handling of complaints and analysis and clarification of quality deviations
• Data collection and maintenance of shipment data in the system

Requirements

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the logistics or forwarding sector
• Experience in airfreight and comprehensive understanding of safety procedures (advantageous)
• Necessary experience in handling hazardous goods and hazardous goods processing
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Well-developed interpersonal and communicative skills
• Fundamental knowledge of MS-Office applications
