Aircraft Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic with experience across Avionics, Airframe, and Structures to support the safe and reliable operation of our aircraft. This position requires a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment while ensuring compliance with all FAA and company maintenance standards. Key Responsibilities Aircraft Maintenance (Airframe & Powerplant) Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircraft systems, including inspections, repairs, and modifications as required. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions or defects in aircraft systems, and perform necessary repairs to ensure safe and reliable operation. Conduct pre-flight inspections of aircraft to identify any potential issues or hazards before flight operations. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules for aircraft. Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and company policies related to maintenance, including record-keeping and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and time spent on each task. Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay current with industry developments and best practices in aircraft maintenance.
